Vaya Terrazena Serfaus

We were blown away by the fine view from our room. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, providing us with a picturesque scenery of the surrounding mountains. we found the hotel facilities to be excellent, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Finally, we appreciated the included transportation options , made it easy to explore the city.

Absolutely nothing.

The view was absolutely stunning, definitely one of the best things about our stay. Additionally, the location was convenient and easily accessible to nearby attractions. Plus, the accommodations were quite spacious which was a nice surprise.

There were quite a few negative aspects to our stay. The wifi was promised to be fixed but never was, and there was no AC which made the rooms quite stuffy. Additionally, there was no receptionist available so we had to communicate through email which took forever to get a response. There was also no restaurant or room service available which made it difficult to find food options. not the best experience.

The only positive aspect of this lodging is the view, which, according to reviews, is quite impressive. Nevertheless, there were several complaints regarding the absence of a master room and room service, as well as the lack of air conditioning.

Sadly, the lack of a professional receptionist and proper customer service, combined with numerous facility issues, such as faulty Wi-Fi and closed reception, ruin the experience.

The view from the accommodation was stunning, providing a great backdrop for early mornings or sunsets. the location was conveniently situated near key amenities, including restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Lastly, the apartment was spacious and provided ample room for stretch, relax, and break from hectic day schedules.

The experience was not all rosy, starting with the poor internet connection, which the management team failed to resolve despite their promise. the lack of a 24-hour reception desk, phone responses, and in-room services like housekeeping was a major inconvenience.

The view was amazing. The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Sommercard was a great perk.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel for a weekend getaway and I must say, it was a truly luxurious experience. The location of this place is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. It was so peaceful and serene, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, service, and room amenities were all outstanding.
